This notice explains how WP Growth Labs handles information collected through wpgrowthlabs.com, our website enquiry forms and our enquiry forms on Meta platforms.
Who we are
WP Growth Labs is a website design and development business operating from Bangladesh. For questions about this notice or your personal information, email support@wpgrowthlabs.com.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, project type and project description. You can also provide your company name and a website or design link. We receive any further information you choose to include in your correspondence with us.
The design quotation form also collects whether you represent a business or agency, your preferred build approach and the design link or file you choose to share. Page count, timing and budget are optional. Share only designs you have permission to provide for a quotation. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
The free homepage mockup request form collects your name, email address, business or project name, business location or service area, main service or website goal, and website idea. A current website or social link, design reference, launch timing and budget are optional. We use these details to review fit and availability and reply about your request. Submission does not reserve a delivery slot or create a paid order.
Our hosting service records technical information about website requests, including IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser or device information, response sizes and errors. These records help us operate the website, investigate faults and identify abuse.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and understand the work you are considering.
- To prepare a proposal and communicate about a project you ask us to undertake.
- To operate, maintain and protect the website and investigate delivery or technical problems.
- To keep records that are necessary for an agreed project or an applicable legal obligation.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.
Email and service providers
Website enquiries are sent to our team by email. Free homepage mockup requests are also saved as private WordPress records before an email notification is attempted. These records include the submitted details, receipt time and notification status. Only website administrators can access them; they are excluded from the public website and public REST API. A saved request remains available if its email notification fails. Other enquiry forms do not save the enquiry text as a separate WordPress record. To prevent repeat emails, the server uses a keyed digital fingerprint of the submitted details for ten minutes and a brief processing lock. These technical markers contain no readable form details, are not sent to Google and expire automatically; expired cache entries and backup copies may remain until routine cleanup. Copies can remain in our correspondence, mail systems and any records needed for the project.
Our team and service providers process information where needed to respond to you and run the website. Hostinger provides our website hosting. Email delivery and mailbox providers handle correspondence. We may also disclose information when required by law or where necessary to investigate abuse or protect legal rights.
Our team works from Bangladesh. Hosting and email services may process information in other countries. You can contact us for more information about the services used to handle your enquiry.
Design uploads are processed temporarily by the hosting server and attached to the enquiry email. They are not added to the public WordPress media library, and the form does not keep a separate permanent website copy. The email attachment is part of your enquiry correspondence and follows the retention periods below. If you provide a shared-file link, its access permissions and retention also depend on the file service and settings you control.
The quotation and free mockup forms use a keyed fingerprint of the connection address to limit repeat requests for 15 minutes. We do not store the plain address in this counter or send it to Analytics. File content and filenames, design links, budgets and other quotation details are not sent to Analytics.
Facebook and Instagram enquiry forms
If you submit one of our enquiry forms within Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the information you choose to provide and makes it available to WP Growth Labs. This may include your name, email address, business details, location, website needs, budget, timing and role in the project decision. We use it to review your request and respond by email about the project. Submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing or telephone calls.
We may review the request in Meta’s business tools and retain a private copy for enquiry handling. Our team works from Bangladesh. Our ordinary enquiry retention periods and contact rights described in this notice apply to our copies; Meta’s handling and retention are governed separately by Meta’s privacy policy.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries that become projects: our retention period for routine enquiry correspondence is three months after project delivery.
- Enquiries that do not become projects: our retention period is three months after the last contact about the enquiry.
These periods also apply to private mockup request records. Our team reviews and removes routine correspondence and request records under these periods; removal is not automatic. We keep the minimum records needed for ongoing agreed work, invoices, contractual obligations, legal requirements or an unresolved dispute for as long as that purpose requires. Technical logs and backup copies have separate storage cycles; they are not all deleted when an enquiry email is removed.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand visits and improve the website. Before you allow it, or when you reject it, our Google Analytics tag does not load or collect visits. The enquiry form and the rest of the site work without Analytics.
With permission, Google receives information about page visits, engagement and accepted enquiry submissions, the referring website, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and cookie-based identifiers. An enquiry event records which website form was used only after a new free mockup request has been saved privately, or another enquiry has been accepted for email delivery. This does not establish inbox delivery or a qualified sales lead. Rejected, unsaved and duplicate submissions do not produce an enquiry event. A saved mockup request may produce this event even if its email notification fails. Enquiries submitted without Analytics permission are not measured later if you change your choice. We send the public page address without its query string or fragment, and only the referring website’s origin. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, company names, business locations, website goals or project descriptions to Analytics. Automatic form-interaction tracking, Google signals, advertising personalization and user-provided data collection are disabled.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies whose names begin with _ga. We configure these cookies to expire after 90 days without automatically extending that period on each visit. We remember your allow or reject choice in this browser’s local storage for 90 days. You can change or withdraw it at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Rejecting Analytics stops future measurement and removes the Analytics cookies accessible to this website; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. Clearing browser storage also clears your saved choice.
Our Analytics property is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for two months, without resetting user retention on new activity. Google’s standard aggregated reports are not limited by that setting. Google may process information in countries outside Bangladesh. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Team members can choose to exclude a browser from our visitor analytics. We save that exclusion preference in that browser’s local storage until it is removed or the site’s stored data is cleared. The preference is not sent to Google and applies only to the browser where it was chosen.
Hosting request logs are separate from Analytics. WordPress login and administration areas use necessary cookies for functions such as signing in and remembering preferences. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies can prevent login functions from working.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an enquiry or omit optional fields. Without a name, valid email address and project details, we may be unable to respond usefully.
To request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of your personal information, email support@wpgrowthlabs.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. We will consider your request under applicable law and explain any information we need to retain.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive information in a portable format, or complain to a relevant privacy authority.

Our portfolio and other pages link to external websites. When you follow a link, that website’s own privacy notice applies. Review it before sharing information there.
